Each garment undergoes our quality inspection before dispatch:

• Dispatch Days: Monday-Friday (excluding US holidays)

To preserve our standards of excellence, these items cannot be returned:

• Custom tailored suits (including Boys Suits & Tuxedos and made-to-measure items)
• Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
• Accessories (HATS and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons)

The Refinement Process: How to Return

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

• Order Number
• Item Name
• Reason for Return
• Preferred Resolution (Refund/Exchange with size/style details)
• Confirmation of original condition

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll provide:

• Prepaid return label (US customers)
• International return instructions (with applicable costs)
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely with:

• Original packaging
• RMA number visible on exterior

Recommendation: Use trackable shipping and retain receipt until refund processes.

Exchange Protocol

International Returns

For clients outside the United States:
