Our Return Promise
We stand behind every stitch with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. All returned items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our standards of excellence, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom tailored suits (including our Boys Suits & Tuxedos and made-to-measure items)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Accessories (HATS and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons)
The Refinement Process: How to Return
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our concierge team at [email protected] with the following details:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will send:
- A prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return instructions (with applicable shipping costs)
- Return merchandise authorization (RMA) number
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number visible on the exterior. For your protection, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Retaining your shipping receipt until refund is processed
The Finishing Touches: Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery to our atelier):
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Protocol
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process
- Specify your desired replacement in the return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
International Returns
For clients outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs documentation must be marked as “Returned Goods”
- Original shipping fees and any import duties cannot be refunded

For urgent occasion wear (Church, Cruise, or Job Hunting attire), we recommend ordering with ample lead time or contacting our concierge for expedited solutions should exchanges be necessary.
